RESPONSABILITATI

Role and responsibilities:
• Plan and manage the daily operations of IT Infrastructure function
• Define the policy of infrastructure development and technical needs, in agreement with the strategic plan and under the supervision of the CIO
• Coordinate the IT Service Desk activities and monitor SLA’s for IT service providers
• Oversee IT operations 24/7 to ensure high availability and minimal service interruptions of internal IT systems (1st & 2nd level support)
• Manage & troubleshot if necessary Microsoft Exchange Server and Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES)
• Act as technical lead for the administration of the Microsoft Active Directory, WSUS, SCCM, and SCOM servers
• Comply with all confidentiality policies of KPMG and applicable authorities.


CERINTE

• University Degree (IT preferred)
• 3-5 years strong design, administration and/or support experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
• Good knowledge of Exchange Server 2003 and Blackberry Enterprise Server
• Knowledge of IT processes(incident management, change management etc), ITIL is consider a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft, Active Directory, WSUS and networking,
• Experience with computer & server management systems like SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) and/or SCOM (System Center Operation Manager)
• Good understanding of security principles eg User profiles, authentication, authorization, certificates, etc
• Strong people and project management skills
• Effective communication and decision-making abilities
