RESPONSABILITATI

- Main responsibility is to support the business users and ensure a smooth operation;
- Plan and lead IT improvement projects following global IT strategy;
- Work closely together with the business leaders to understand their needs and suggest different solutions;
- Follow up the problem resolution and if necessary intervene until it gets resolved;
- Create monthly updates, statistics about the availability and reliability of IT systems;
- Keep contacts with vendors and service providers, work together closely with IT teams;
- Deploy monitoring tools to ensure proactive prevention against system failures;
- Creates/updates all procedures and documentation related to IT systems;
- Proactively maintains security environment.


CERINTE

- University degree in IT field, mandatory;
- A minimum of 3 years experience with IT projects/infrastructure implementation/support/managament within a Windows environment;
- Experience in supporting ERP applications;
- Experience of call centre/BPO systems (knowledge of voice solutions - PBX, Call flow, ACD) would be a distinct advantage;
- Experience with different network components (LAN, WAN, Firewall, Router, Switch, MPLS);
- MCSA (optional);
- knowledge on ITIL processes (optional);
- Successful track record in getting results with job related projects;
- Project management skills and experience;
- Must be a strong hands on leader who is highly organized and able to multi task;
- Assure that standards and policies are in place;
- Good customer service skills, written/verbal communications skills, proactive and team player;
- Analytical and problem solving abilities;
- Very good English knowledge.
