• Responsible with call center system, in order to sustain collection activity of the Company:
- set up and monitor call center campaigns;
- perform and interpret operational reports;
- supervise performance of call center application in order to ensure a high service level;
- communicate and follow up with direct superior, with IT team and external providers when technical issues occur.
• Responsible with improvements in call center activities:
- capture and document requirements of new reports, procedures or system functionalities;
- ensure the requirements are discussed with direct superior and development team;
- perform system and functional testing for new developments;
- inform and train the users about new developments.
• University degree or student with IT and business understanding.
• Very good understanding of call center applications (at least as a user).
• Very good computer skills (MS Office).
• Very good communication skills with both technical and non-technical people.
• Ability to work in a dynamic team with stretch deadlines.
• Results oriented and focused on meeting deliverable timelines.
• Ability to maintain composure despite tight deadlines and high demand environment.
• Organized and detail oriented person.
• Problem solving skills, analytical mind and positive attitude.
• Fluency in English is a must.
