- Provides support (including help desk support) within the network;
- Attends on-the-job training in order to become specialized consultant for the dealers;
- Provide in time all necessary updates to the network;
- Optimize the processes between the Client HQ and Dealers;
- Is responsible for implementing within the network of all requirements of the Client (IT requests);
- AD HOC projects, missions related to the dealer network.
- University degree (preferable in Cybernetics or Computer Science);
- Basic knowledge of data base and network administration;
- Basic programming knowledge;
- At least 2 years of experience in IT (automotive is a plus);
- English fluently;
- Excellent communication skills.
