For R&D Transport Automation System -TAS Center in Bucharest center you will:
- install and maintain computers running different Windows and Unix (Solaris, Linux) platforms;
- administrate a ClearCase MultiSite System;
- be in contact with IT teams and experts from other Alcatel locations in Romania and Germany to ensure that the company¿s IT policies and procedures are met;
- search and choose the best SW/HW solutions to implement the development environment for R&D TAS Center;
- participate to the local network management and provide expertise for the network optimization.
THE JOB IS LOCATED IN BUCHAREST.
¿ Experience with servers and network services installation, configuration and maintenance under different environment (Windows, UNIX);
¿ Experience in administration of a ClearCase MultiSite System;
¿ Ability to perform backup/restore procedures for servers, databases, computers;
¿ Installation and maintenance of computers running different windows, unix platforms;
¿ Strong background regarding network security (firewalls, VPN, etc);
¿ Excellent knowledge of English, spoken & written;
¿ Availability to travel abroad, as being part of a multinational team
