- Development of the generic infrastructure framework for use and modification at local deployment levels.
- Provide policy advice and understanding of enterprise architecture design and linkages to data centers.
- Responsible with capacity planning for IT networks.
- Provide network design and configuration for all network equipments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network problems
- Provide system service problem resolution for issues identified
- Help develop, improve and test incident response procedures.
- Suggest solution requirements to extend monitoring tools for network devices under management.
- Help design and implement new technical solutions.
- Identify all security issues and respond to those issues accordingly.
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and identify/resolve technical issues.
- Ensure that products and services meet overall security objectives.
- Ensure high availability and minimal service interruptions of internal IT systems (1st and 2nd level support)
- Perform network monitoring and trend analysis
- Write documentation and notification to affected internal customers in advance of planned changes.
- Minim 2 - 3 years similar experience, preferably in multinational company
- University degree
- Linux knowledge
- MS Windows knowledge
- MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, CCNP certifications would be a plus.
- Avaya Telephony System certifications would be a plus.
