Troubleshooting both hardware and software related issues;
Linux and Windows servers administration (both local and remote);
Local network administration and troubleshooting;
Simple tasks like setting email accounts, access control to internal resources;
Equipment installing, setup and deployment;
Ensuring that data is secure from unauthorized access and protected against viruses.
Good communication skills with both technical and non-technical people;
Open to technologies, capable to put your best logical thinking into a technical environment;
Good knowledge of English is required;
Problem solving skills;
Good knowledge of MS Office and Microsoft Outlook;
Servers - must include Linux and Windows server experience;
