RESPONSABILITATI

You will be responsible for Operation and Maintenance, 2nd level Support, Configuration and Deployment activities, Service Performance Management, deploying work orders and Service Reports of Applications and processes ensuring no breaches in SLA\'s with our clients.

You will work within a Ericsson Global Services Organization providing troubleshooting solutions, guidelines, methodology, tools, processes, knowledge.


CERINTE

Mediation systems, preferable on INTEC mediation
Configuration and troubleshooting of Mediation system
Charging processes of Mobile Network Operators (e.g. roaming and interconnect flows, revenue assurance)
Installation of change requests and bug fixes
Shell Scripting (ksh/awk/pearl/PHP/PL-SQL)
Service Management in complex organizations
Producing reports and interpret them, produce statistics related to the Mediation operation performance (Monitoring, Volume, Audit, EPS reports)
