On behalf of our client we are searching for an experienced IT System Administrator to support multi server, multi location network. Position will be responsible for:
- Organize and coordinate IT Hardware department
- Ensure all technical/process support for IT equipment and handle of escalated problems with solutions that require in-depth troubleshooting and analysis
- Support the existing IT infrastructure
- Configure, setup and diagnose performance of servers
- Install, configure and maintain applications
- Perform network operations (LAN and WAN)
- Configure and support telephony systems
- Assists in the implementation of new information systems, which may replace or augment the current application set
- Responsible for acquiring, maintaining, and expanding knowledge of relevant product offerings, current IT policies, and methods of support delivery, to provide technically accurate solutions to users
- University degree on Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunication or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Very good knowledge of Exchange Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
- Install and configuration competencies in Windows 2000/2003/XP workstations
- Comfortable with all aspects of system administration (i.e., system installation and configuration, system security, installing third party software, system troubleshooting), experience with hardware troubleshooting
- Background in network protocols, infrastructure & networking and computer security
- English fluent
