Your Duties:
- Development of sustainable business based on high business ethics;
- To Manage and control all processes and projects with full end-to-end responsibility;
- Market evaluation of Romanian Market;
- Sales Forecasting short, mid and long term;
- Manage relationship with Distributors and Major Retailers at all levels;
- Initiate new Business Opportunities i.e. new channels or alternative businesses.
Your Profile:
- University Degree;
- Min. 5 years experience in sales and/or marketing within IT Business in an international environment;
- Well established business contact network within the industry;
- Sales & Marketing strategy development & implementation;
- High level negotiation skills;
- Substantial know-how about local market;
• It is a plus to have experience in people management;
- Experience in matrix organisation or working project groups;
- Knowledge of IT standards in an international company (reporting tools, database);
- Very good language skills in English;
- Flexibility and willingness to travel.
