-  Coordinating and developing the IT Department; 
-  Designing and implementing IT processes, procedures and policies
-  Planning, organizing and managing data management and security systems.
-  Oversee and prioritize maintenance of hardware and software 
-  Evaluate and recommend hardware and software purchases and configuration
-  Budget management and planning.
-  Participating in the recruitment process for the IT Department
-	Higher education in Computer Management Information Systems or other related degree
-	Excellent command of English
-	Proven track record as IT Manager in companies with over 500 employees
-	Previous experience in telecommunications or in multinational startup companies is highly appreciated
-	Must be able to work with business stakeholders, understand and shape business requirements and demands
-	Able to meet very tight deadlines
-	Professionalism in dealing with all levels of management and staff
-	Ability to lead, manage and inspire teams
-	Detail oriented person
