- Managing IT support for a facility
- Ensure Service levels to Business are met
- Recruit, motivate and develop a highly skilled staff that focuses on service delivery and on meeting the expectations of the business.
- Responsible for resolving customer escalations and enhance customer satisfaction
- Ensure process adherence by the Team
- Monitor and assess Team performance
- Analyze service performance data and take corrective measures in service delivery
- 8-10 Yrs relevant experience in IT infrastructure Management, Service delivery
- Diploma/BE/B.Tech. in EC/IT/CS Or as Applicable Locally
- Good knowledge on Support processes
- Knowledge on ITIL processes
- Project management skills
- Good knowledge on Workstation support
- Basic understanding of the Network topology & network connectivity(LAN/WAN), switching & routing and Server operations
- Basic understanding of BS7799/ITIL/ITSM
- ITIL Foundation (Optional)MCSE (Optional ) CCNA (Optional)
- English IS A MUST> French/Italian is a plus
- working in a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company
