For one of our clients, a world leading fleet and vehicle management company, we are looking for an IT Manager.
- Continue to implement leasing system (including local adjustments), together with leasing system expert, which will be in parallel a learning process on how to use the leasing system as well as how to make any changes in the future;
- Assist in implement other applications such as the accounting package, a CRM application, a credit management application, a fleet reporting application, the local website, etc.;
- Support and maintain the company’s ICT system on an ongoing basis and perform upgrades and adjustments as required;
- Develop an acceptable level of information security which is in line with the company`s ICT policies;
- Interact when necessary with the European Data Centre and perform tasks to support initiatives with the company;
- Maintain and develop the proper support material and manuals in accordance with good programming practice and the requirements of the company;
- Develop new initiatives in association with the Management Team including testing and quality control;
- Follow all reasonable instructions from the Financial Manager and Management Team;
- Understand and comply with all policies and procedures with relation to ICT;
- Maintain local ICT infrastructure (servers, work stations, network) for the company.
- Degree in a technical/scientific faculty (Computing, Telecommunications, Physics) plus specific IT education;
- At least 7 years work experience in relevant IT fields;
- Experience working for a multi-national corporation;
- Experience in B2B ad B2C environment;
- Proven ability in using AS / 400 utilities: QRY, DFU, SEU;
- Knowledge and experience in using SQL, RPG III/IV, Lotus Notes, MQ Series, OMS;
- Familiarity with Windows NT/2K and with Ethernet LAN environments;
- Project management skills;
- Open, honest, reliable, accurate;
- Can-do mentality, with motivating attitude to energize team;
- Acts with integrity and professionalism;
- Independent, self thinking and working;
- Task orientated, with the ability to see the larger goals;
- Potential management skills.
