Ensures that the entire IT department team is in alignment with and effectively support the achievement of the company’s business goals. Manages all projects in the areas of system administration, software development and network administration and security and provides direct technical support in these areas.
Responsibilities:
1. Infrastructure: IT & C hardware and network support, security, monitoring and development.
2. Software: Deployment, support, development and documentation of software packages, applications and operating systems; implementation of software new releases.
3. General: Ensure IT support to integrate medical equipment with IT infrastructure and to transfer medical data in a secure environment.
Our client is a private hospital, part of the first private health insurance system in Romania.
- In depth knowledge of network administration and security, server configuration, service and support (especially for Microsoft Server 2003), ERP/HIS software implementation, IT infrastructure development, database administration, project management;
- Knowledge regarding ISA Server is desirable;
- Knowledge with regard to how to define and track IT performance keys accurately and completely;
- Identifies and manages various priorities within the end-users;
- Ability to plan and make an efficient use of the IT budget;
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner IT information to non-technical employees;
- Fluency in English (speaking, writing and reading);
- Advanced Computer skills (Microsoft Server, Active Directory, Windows 2000 – XP, Networking, etc.).
