Purpose: Provides support in area of business systems and technology to departments; ensures management for network security, system administration, software development and maintenance of computers and equipments and also to the team
Responsibilities:
- Provides proactive advice on all IT- related issues: architecture, infrastructure, hardware, software, process automation
- Ensures safe, stable and secure systems environment
- Designs, implements and deliver software based on business needs
- Coordinates and provides technical and business systems assistance to the departments
- Reviews departmental requests for technology and software and makes recommendations
- Plans, organizes and implements the efficient use of resources within the IT department (people, tasks)
Education and training:
- University Degree in Computer Science or other related specialties, Project Management Training
Level of experience:
- minimum 3 years relevant experience, proven record in Project Management
- Wide and general knowledge of state and developments in information technology
- Proven project management skills
- Ability to plan, organize and direct the work of a technical staff
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively, both orally and in writing
- Ability to communicate with others and to assimilate and understand information
- Flexibility
- Ability to effectively deal with the fast changing of priorities
- Drive to deliver a top performance and be proud of it
- Transparent, open and straightforward
- Excellent English (speaking/presenting, writing and reading)
- Experience with COBOL programming language is an advantage
