Role:
- Support the optimization of control revenue flow processes by ensuring the administration, support and consultancy to all internal customers for the enterprise production applications.
- Team: The IT Manager will coordinate a team of more than 20 IT specialists.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures the availability, reliability and performance of the IT applications portfolio;
- Ensure expert advice related to new and up-graded applications to be implemented by software solutions team;
- Ensure high performance of the team by organizing team activities, setting specific objectives, hiring and development of team members;
- Facilitates team processes by addressing conflicting priorities within team and with other departments, at his/her level of authority;
- Recommend budget for his/her area according to identified business needs, execute and control expenses against the budget and department objectives;
- Ensure vendor relationship regarding support issues and customer management;
- Sign contracts and approve expenses within his/her sign authority.
- University Graduate;
- 4-6 years experience in IT; 2-3 years previous experience on a similar job will be considered an advantage;
- 2-3 years experience in people management (preferably more than 10 people teams);
- Fluency in English;
- Customer oriented, analytical thinking, very good resources administrator;
- Ability to make timely decisions;
- Ability to work under stress;
- Good communication and informing skills.
