Clients cover mainly communication, marketing and production populations, based in Europe, North America and Asia.
You will be responsible helping our clients define the functional requirements of their needs. Your autonomy, personal organization, communication skills and quality of documents will be required to deliver a great service to our customer.
You will be in charge analyzing projects (intranet, internet, extranet) related to web technologies or new media from the early stages of project definition to the deployment of the solution/tool in the production environment.
You will interact a lot with customers to gather their requirements and define a functional solution and then validate the implemented solution against the created functional specifications.
Interaction with the dedicated technical team and Headquarters domain owner concerning the solutions, planning, testing phase and reporting on each project is equally important.
You will share with the others your experience and knowledge on the tools and users and inform other analysts about the decisions that can have an impact upon their projects.
• University graduate;
• Work experience of at least 2 years within IT department;
• Proven experience with technical and non-technical requirements gathering and definition;
• Strong interest for internet technologies (HTML, Javascript, CSS, XML, Web Services, ...);
• Demonstrated experience on web applications usability;
• Microsoft SharePoint technology - basic knowledge;
• PC skills: Windows, Office (Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InfoPath) – average level; data bases – basic knowledge;
• Very good knowledge of English;
• Knowledge of French would be a plus;
