* Manage and carries out IT implementations and projects for internal functional teams as well as for operations;
* Drive productivity by IT Tools implementation;
* Plan and drive infrastructure upgrades, changes and improvements;
* Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions;

* Participates in planning IT projects/ strategies;

* Successfully graduating the training plan attached to the position and the tasks;
* Training other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever necessary and requested by the manager;

* Previous similar experience (4+years);
* Technical Project Management experience;
* Possesses general understanding in the areas of application programming, database and infrastructure and system design;
* Experience in supporting ERP applications and / or IT Infrastructure elements;
* Strong knowledge of IT systems, IT infrastructure and IT applications architectures;
* Understanding of different network components (LAN, WAN, Firewall, Router, Switch, MPLS);
* Good understanding of 3-tier architectures;
* Understands Internet, Intranet, Extranet and client/server architectures;
* Knowledge of MS Windows based system architecture (Windows, Office, etc.);
REQUIERED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
* University graduate (Technical University or University of Economics / Business with IT minor and certifications);
* Project Management certifications;
