Overall responsible for facilitating the development, contracting, testing, documenting and maintaining database applications
- Contribute to process improvement
- Fcilitating development of databases in general and in particular Lotus Notes based databases
- Contact potential software developing companies, as the case might be, in order to send RFQ¿s, obtain offers, analyse them, propose solutions and follow up contract development
- Provide training on developed solutions
- Support Business Improvement Team with IT knowledge during their projects development
Reports to : Business Improvement Department and works closely with IT Department
- University degree in computer science or related field with 2+ work experience
- Excellent knowledge of Win XP, MS Office package, MS Project and Visual Basic
- Knowledge of Lotus Notes database creating is a plus
- Ambitious, teamplayer, hard-working, customer and quality oriented
- Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
- Self-motivated and proactive in order to solve problems and accomplish assignments
- Strong written and communication skills / Presentation and interpersonal skills
- Innovative/creative
- Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and processes
- Ability for planning and organising / Able to work with deadlines
