RESPONSABILITATI

Main responsibility for performing audits on the reliability of information systems and to be actively involved in development of information systems, by offering advise regarding the development of information systems, internal control requirements and special additional measures for audit purposes;

The jobholder is responsible to enhance the overall control environment within the company, as follows:
- ensuring that all management and staff were fully aware about their responsibilities, as reporting lines and how these interconnect with the specific areas of business for which they were responsible, as procedures, etc.
- identifying the main risks and recommending the most appropriate solutions in order to cover/mitigate the risks.
- ensuring compliance with local and Head Office regulatory requirements;
- bringing added value towards the operating model and business processes by providing counselling and advisory services to management.


CERINTE

- Will be a professional with 4-5 years working experience in IT or auditing ;
- Must have a postgraduate degree in IT or a related field;
- Must have a CISA certification or comparable;
- Must have experience in developing policies and procedures;
- Have high ethical standards ;
- Be self motivated and quality driven;
- Have experience in financial services industry;
- Must be customer oriented, team player and proactive;
- Have fluency in English oral/ written and computer literacy;
- reasonable experience in the fields of: administrative organisation, organisation, economics, financial accounting, management accounting, information technology, statistics, mathematics, accounting principles, local legislation;

- Task competencies: strong communication skills (both verbal and written communication, active listening), interpersonal skills, very well organised, results-oriented, able to prioritise correctly and make sound decisions, high degree of objectivity & integrity, analytical skills, problem solving skills, initiative, managing business relationships;
- Personal competencies: relationship management, self-disciplined, highly reliable and responsible person, independence and initiative, team worker;
