• Provide end users support for operational and security issues;
• Participate in projects regarding end user computer's environment development and IT changes;
• Provide end user support for business applications (1st level);
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all IT assets;
• Register IT tickets in the ticketing tool and act accordingly to existing helpdesk regulations.
• University degree in Information Technology or last year student;
• Knowledge in basic IT hardware, software & communication troubleshooting;
• Knowledge of Windows XP and MS products (Office 2007);
• Knowledge of Linux OS and/or CISCO IOS would be an advantage;
• Ability to communicate in English;
• A strong team player with very good time management and task follow-up skills;
• Motivated, willing to learn and client-oriented;
• Available for a full-time schedule internship.
