Our client, an international IT Outsourcing company, is giving you the chance to prove your IT knowledge and demonstrate your skills as an IT Infrastructure Specialist.
Field service technical specialist will provide day to day operations via processing incidents, break fixes, installs, moves, adds and changes of end user computing infrastructure.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Perform configuration changes, installs, adds and moves within the EUC infrastructure (PC's, Desktops, printers, network devices, peripherals);
- Perform incident resolution and tracking (resolve onsite and remote problems, break/fixes, repairs and track it in the system);
- Provide hands on support for network and hosting towers ( smart hands for remote teams for servers and network);
- Perform miscellaneous tasks as requested by the Team Lead ( cooperate with other teams and ad-hoc activities);
- Perform regular administrative tasks and reports;
If you have:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in IT area - technical infrastructure (End user computing, network, preferably also voice and servers) and 2 + year experience with MS Windows operating systems - administering level;
- Technical degree in computer science or equivalent experience;
- Experience in creating and editing technical documents, able to use MS tools to perform administrative tasks related to maintaining process and standard documentation;
- Flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment;
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
- Organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills, ability to coordinate and work independently;
