Purpose of the job:
-Ensure infrastructure availability
-Supply/maintain all IT equipments
-First level helpdesk for users for office applications and hardware
-Ensure helpdesk service level.
Key tasks:
-Administrating Ruukki Infra network both workstations and servers
-Ensure data backups
-Hardware purchases/repairs
-Hardware/software installations
-Solve user support issues
-Implement Ruukki policies/Information security.

-external service providers
-Ruukki IT organization
-Ruukki HelpDesk.
- University degree (specialization in IT)
- English language - very good command
- Working experience as System Administrator for minimum 3 years
- Experience in different responsibility areas:
- MS Windows XP
- MS Office
- MS Windows2003 server
- Networking (LAN, WAN, WiFi) - PBX
