RESPONSABILITATI

• Customer Helpdesk Support for systems
• Communicates with customer’s technical team for problem solving
• Track installed software/licenses on customer’s equipment
• Equipment and software maintenance (NAS, Switches, Servers, SQL, IIS)
• Follows up stock of safety spare parts
• Involved into day to day IT purchases
• Monitors logs and reports warning/errors
• Keeps track of all the changes by the client or made by our developers


CERINTE

• University graduate, technical profile-IT;
• Knowledge of MS workstation and server software
• Basic knowledge of networks, switches (cisco and hp), firewalls (juniper and cisco), routing
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Active directory management
• SQL knowledge – queries and database maintenance
• IIS basic troubleshooting skills, experience with web based applications
• Experience working with Network Attached Storage
• Advanced knowledge of English
• Communication and team work capability
• Receptivity at new tasks
• Work capability from mid-day to evening
• 18 hours/day availability on the phone
• Driving license
• Usage of personal car for transportation
