RESPONSABILITATI

- Provides first level support for incoming requests and incident reports
- Installs hardware & software according with the procedure
- Assists in maintaining the computing equipment inventory
- Creates, modifies or deletes users based on in place procedures
- Diagnoses, repairs and/or follows up the service process for faulty end-user Equipment (workstations, printers, phones)
- Follows the daily operations procedure


CERINTE

- University degree in related field (computer science considered an advantage)
- At least 1 year experience on a similar position
- Hardware experience (PC, Printers, Scanners, Telephony)
- MS Windows XP, MS Windows 2003, MS Office 2003 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange general knowledge
- Networking concepts
- English language – advanced level
- Excellent communication skills
- Support services aptitudes
- Cat. B driver license considered an advantage
