Job description:
• Installs,configures and maintains workstations and peripherals (printers, multifunctional decices, copy machines, modems etc);
• Makes sure that hardware equipment, peripherals and software used run in best conditions;
• Installs, configures and maintains the software used in business processes on the companies workstations;
• Ensures IT&C technical support and training for users in the company (over the phone, by remote access or on-site);
• Enforces, communicates, observes and ensures that IT policies are followed.
