RESPONSABILITATI

- Maintaining IT Compliant environment – adhering and implementing Genpact Security Policies in Deskside environment
- Handling Reimage requests
- Patching Network cables in hub rooms
– Maintenance of Hub Rooms and IT Control Offices as per Genpact Clean Desk and Data Compliance policies
- All deskside related Moves and changes in IT Infrastructure eg. IT Systems, Machines, wiring, cabling, etc.
- Managing team movements
- Asset Management and Inventory control
- Setting up of Video Conferencing equipment
- Maintaining stock availability
- Guiding Level 1 / handling Level 1 escalated


CERINTE

In order to be part of out IT team you should demonstrate:
Level 2 Windows knowledge.
Deep Microsoft Office knowledge.
Hardware knowledge.
MCP or MCDST Windows XP is an advantage.
Ability and willingness to learn complex IT infrastructure domains.
