Responsibilities:

¿¿¿ Handling Customer IT demands via Voice / Non-Voice;
¿¿¿ Handling emails / webcases , translating them into the appropriate language, depending on customer requirements;
¿¿¿ Documenting cases for each incident;
¿¿¿ Troubleshooting IT problems.


CERINTE

Requirements:

¿¿¿ Fluency in English and one of the following: German, Portuguese;
¿¿¿ Highly customer oriented;
¿¿¿ Responsible, mature and very punctual person;
¿¿¿ Flexibility and team-working oriented;
¿¿¿ Very good IT knowledge;
¿¿¿ Availability for working in shifts.
