RESPONSABILITATI

Clients cover mainly Production and Cost Control populations, based in Europe, North America and Asia.
Responsible for support activities on the domain’s management information systems. Good performance in this client-facing role, will evolve into project-based opportunities.
- Analyzes and understands the customer's needs and provides technical and functional support so that the system should be used at its best
- Explains to the users the system's processes and the impact of their actions within an integrated system, providing them with a global vision of the system
- Guarantees the continuous training of the key and final users
- Performs functional analysis on the existing process flow and identifies the impacts of a new enhancements on the database structure and content
- Keeps the users informed and prepares them for all kinds of changes the system may undergo
- Sets up the system so that it may be best applied by the users
- Identifies and initiates new practices (set up changes, technical developments)
- Tests and follows up the projects and their migration towards other production environment
- Supplies support along the projects and makes analysis for the application belonging to his division;
- Handles user requests from acknowledgement to certified delivery, including analysis and testing in collaboration with development teams;
- Maintain and develop the communication and interaction with the development team in the analysis and testing activities.


CERINTE

- University graduate
- Specialization courses on different economic, business information systems represent an advantage
- Work experience of at least one year within the IT department
- Familiar with corporate finance, analytical accounting, cost controlling and/or budgeting processes;
- Previous experience in IT support activities, specifically in ERP systems (examples, responsibilities, accomplishments)
- PC skills: Windows, Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – average level; SQL – average level; data bases – basic knowledge
- Previous experience in IT projects would be an advantage
- Experience on web applications is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of English
- Knowledge of French would be an advantage;
