Initially responsible for support activities on the Finance/Accounting domain, good performance in this client-facing role can evolve into project-based opportunities.
- Business support job description :
- Assures support and maintenance for the finance tools
- Analyzes and understands the customer's needs and the encountered problems/ bugs and provides functional and technical support
- Guarantees the continuous training of the key and final users
- Sets up the system so that it may be best applied by the users
- Identifies and initiates new practices (set up changes, technical developments)
- Creates/ updates documentation (functional specifications, expressions of need, users guides etc)
- Project support job description :
- Participates to the functional analysis on the existing process flow and identifies the impacts of new enhancements on the tools
- Collaborates closely with the technical team in order to identify the best solution for the bugs/developments
- Tests and follows up the projects and their migration towards the production environment
- Identifies and initiates new practices (set up changes, technical developments)
- Creates/ updates documentation (functional specifications, expressions of need, users guides etc)
- Might also be in charge of planning and coordination of certain project phases
Mandatory:
- University graduate
- Work experience of at least one year within the IT/ Accounting/ Customer Support department
- PC skills: Windows, Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – average level;
- Good written and oral knowledge of English and French
Represents an advantage:
- Familiarity with Finance and Accounting;
- Specialization courses on different economic and/ or business information systems;
- SQL/ Oracle databases knowledge;
- Previous experience in IT projects, specifically in ERP-based projects.
