RESPONSABILITATI

Handling emails / web-cases
•Document cases for each incident, handle cases meeting
•Service Level Agreements (customer requirements), follow up case status
•Troubleshooting both hardware and software related issues.
•Equipment install, setup and deployment.
•Provision of equipment both in the office and abroad.
•RSA token management and user management in AD.


CERINTE

Windows Support.
•Familiar with Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Outlook in particular.
•Computer assembly and dismember knowledge.
•Ability and willingness to learn complex IT infrastructure domains,
•Familiar with troubleshooting and installing Windows based operating systems (XP/Vista/7, 8, Server)
•Previous work in a large Windows based environment for Helpdesk is an advantage
•Familiar with basic network setup (small LAN & VLANs)
•Software troubleshooting and root cause analysis
