We are recruiting for one of our clients, a multinational company that offers business process outsourcing services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support for the company's clients, via telephone, email or other platphorms;
- Troubleshoot 1st level hardware, software and network related issues;
- Escalate problems to the next level of support when needed;
- Meet the performance criteria requested by the company.
- Proficient in both French + English (mandatory requirement);
- Some knowledge about Windows, MS Office, IT hardware, networks (beginner-medium level);
- Previous experience in offering support for Windows or MS Office is an advantage;
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage;
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities;
- Good analytical, technical, problem solving and organizational skills;
- Customer focus, good verbal and written communication skills;
- Team player, self motivated, detail oriented and able to prioritize the tasks;
- Technical training is offered at the beginning and throughout the collaboration;
