RESPONSABILITATI

As an IT Helpdesk you will report, manage and solve problems and issues identified by internal customers, at software and hardware level. You will make hardware and software acquisitions, following the internal procedures.

As an IT Helpdesk at Avira you will:
- Deal with internal customer service
- Debug and fix hardware problems
- Send defective hardware equipment for warranty replacements
- Maintain the network at physical level (cabling)
- Monitor and solve administrative duties for the printing system
- Make hardware and software acquisitions
- Rollout planning, organization and implementation (ex. PGP)


CERINTE

- Have excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows XP/7) and popular Office products
- Have excellent knowledge of computer hardware (experienced in computer hardware break-fix, hardware concepts)
- Have knowledge of networking fundamental concepts
- Have knowledge of Linux operating system (beginner level) is a plus
- Have diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Have some user support experience
- Have good communication skills and also very good social skills
- Are a team player
- Speak English very well and might also some German language skills
- Have the ability to quickly acquire new skills
