Performing first level of assistance in case of hardware or software malfunctioning;
Diagnosing hardware and software problems and communicating any event to the specific department;
Answering users¿ inquiries providing face-to-face, telephone or on-line support regarding computer software and hardware operation;
Installing/configuring computers, network adapters, printers following design or installation specification;
Maintaining record of problems, remedial action taken and installation activities.
Technical university degree;
Previous working experience would be a plus;
Good verbal and written communication skills;
Persistent, patient and attentive to details;
Problem solving skills;
Efficient and reliable;
Knowledge of Italian language.
