RESPONSABILITATI

- Help desk responsabilities/ liaison between the ERP supplier tehnical staff and internal users
- Identifies problems, troubleshoots & provide advice to users
- End users support and training
- Produces outline technical specification of system requirements
- Documents clearly and concisely user system information


CERINTE

- ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) immplementation & support minimum experience; Charisma -an advantage
- Operating Systems: Microsoft operating systems
- Databases: Mycrosoft SQL Server (maintenance, scripts, triggers)-an advantage
- Office Tools: MS Office (Word, Excell, Power Point, Outloock, VB Script)
- Fluency in English
- Responsible person, with high interpersonal skills
