The new IT Help-desk will be responsible for:
- providing Help Desk and Desktop support, software and hardware upgrades, trouble-shooting end-user computer related problems
- identifying, assessing and solving/escalating mostly hardware related problems
- providing training for different IT tools
- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
- technical univesity graduate
- knowledge about PC computers and related technologies
- knowledge about networking
- knowledge about Windows OS (Win XP, Win 2000)
- good level of English
- excellent communication skills
- ability to establish and maintain effective working relations
