RESPONSABILITATI

- Assists users in solving computer system or PC problems: responds to and diagnoses problems through discussions with users.
- Identifies problems, troubleshoots and provides advice to users.
- Co-ordinates with other IT areas to solve problems if necessary.


CERINTE

- University degree required or students in senior years (preferable IT related faculties).
- Previous similar work experience would be a plus.
- Good knowledge of operating systems: Windows (installing, configuring, administering).
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Microsoft Outlook.
- Basic knowledge about IT infrastructure & network (i.e. router/firewall, switch etc).
- Good communication skills with both technical and non-technical people.
- Client oriented, organized and team playing person.
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to maintain composure despite tight deadlines and high demand environment.
- Good knowledge of English is required.
