RESPONSABILITATI

Reporting to the IT Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Identifies problems, troubleshoots and provides support to users;
- Ensures first diagnosis for hardware related issues;
ensures the liaison with the external PC maintenance company;
- Diagnoses and solves common office software problems;
- Installs and configures equipment and software as necessary;
- Identifies and troubleshoots network problems as requested.


CERINTE

- Technical education background; various certifications are a plus;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position;
- Advanced knowledge in configuring MS Windows workstation operating systems;
- Software troubleshooting knowledge;
- Hardware installation and troubleshooting knowledge;
- English ¿ medium;
- Efficient and well-organized person;
- Very good communication skills.
