RESPONSABILITATI

Clients cover mainly Sales and Logistics populations, based in Europe, North America and Asia.
Initially responsible for support activities on HQ and EMEA Supply Chain Management tools, good performance in this client-facing role will evolve into project-based opportunities.
- Analyzes and understands the customer's needs and provides technical and functional support so that the system should be used at its best
- Explains to the users the system's processes and the impact of their actions within an integrated system, providing them with a global vision of the system
- Guarantees the continuous training of the key and final users
- Performs functional analysis on the existing process flow and identifies the impacts of a new enhancements on the database structure and content
- Keeps the users informed and prepares them for all kinds of changes the system may undergo
- Sets up the system so that it may be best applied by the users
- Identifies and initiates new practices (set up changes, technical developments)
- Tests and follows up the projects and their migration towards other production environment
- Supplies support along the projects and makes analysis for the application belonging to his division


CERINTE

- University graduate;
- Specialization courses on different economic, business information systems represent an advantage;
- Work experience of at least one year within the IT department;
- Previous experience in IT projects, specifically in ERP-based projects (examples, responsibilities, accomplishments);
- PC skills: Windows, Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ¿ average level; SQL ¿ average level; data bases ¿ basic knowledge;
- Experience on web applications is an advantage;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Knowledge of French would be an advantage;
- Availability to travel abroad;
- Analytical skills ¿ challenges the status-quo;
- Responsible and accountable for his/her actions;
- Persevering, autonomous;
- Is able to alert quickly the Functional Consultants on critical issues encountered in using the BI applications;
- Is eager to learn;
- Is able to multitask and perform on strict deadlines;
- Creative / innovative: suggests system improvements and offers alternative solutions to the different problems that may appear.
