- Provide telephone and online support services to our user community in several European countries: troubleshooting, system maintenance, the setup of new users, the review of end-user documentation, procedures and guidelines
- Analyze user needs and define the actions that have to be done
- Write functional specifications, define test plan
- Follow up of projects and planning
- Provide end-user training
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French (spoken and written), and the ability to learn quickly
- Excellent PC skills: Windows, Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
