RESPONSABILITATI

Main missions:

- Assures the applications’ and developments’ coherence in human resources expertise area; understands the functional setup of different applications on a global approach and specific by Business Unit in order to be able to evaluate impacts
- Is involvement in projects as a specialist in the processes/ functionalities that he/ she masters
- Monitors the IS processes of the human resources domain of expertise
- Provides his expertise on processes to the other team members or other IT Teams in order to take the right decisions; anticipates impacts on other applications
- Ensures for his/ her internal clients the best performance of IT tools in the human resources field
- Describes and implements the procedures, guarantees the quality of data

Secondary missions:

- Assures support and maintenance for the human resources tools
- Analyzes and understands the customer's needs and the encountered problems/ bugs and provides functional and technical support
- Guarantees the continuous training of the key and final users
- Sets up the system so that it may be best applied by the users
- Identifies and initiates new practices (set up changes, technical developments)
- Creates/ updates documentation (functional specifications, expressions of need, users guides etc)


CERINTE

Mandatory requirements:

- University graduate
- Work experience of at least two years within the IT/ Customer Support department
- PC skills: Windows, Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project), SQL/ Oracle databases – basic knowledge
- Good knowledge of English and French
Represents an advantage:
- Specialization courses on different economic, business information systems
- Work experience in project management activities
- Previous experience in IT projects, specifically in ERP-based projects, interface implementation would be a plus (examples, responsibilities, accomplishments);
