- at least 1 year experience in the field of computer support, network design and troubleshooting;
- good knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems(Windows Server 2000/2003), Windows Networking and Windows Server Applications such as Exchange and Internet Information Server, Active Directory, DNS,DHCP.
- knowledge of relational database design, MS SQL Server 2000 installing and development, including T-SQL, stored procedures and DTS packages is an advantage;
- good knowledge of computer hardware and networking;
- good understanding of the underlying internet technologies (HTTP, TCP/IP, etc);
- MCSA, MCSE certification is an advantage;
- good communicator and team worker;
