- Identify and analyze business needs, provide recommendations for technology solutions and assist with their implementations;
- Draw-up specific proposals for modified or replacement systems, create logical and innovative solutions to complex problems;
- Keep track of all changes or new features in the systems; provide advisory services to internal clients;
- Develop, maintain and improve a positive IT/Client relationship, in some instances as the ¿First IT Point of Contact¿, for the defined business area;
- Collaborate with various teams or individuals to deliver technology business solutions to the clients to resolve their business challenges;
- Perform training with the customer;
- Perform functional and acceptance tests;
- University degree in Economics or IT;
- Minimum 3 years experience;
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft products ¿ Microsoft certifications is a plus;
- Strong knowledge in computer communications, LAN/WAN, IP with Sub-protocols, Network Management platforms;
- English at advanced level;
- IP Network planning/ management;
- Strong leadership, initiative, interpersonal communication skills, strong thinking/problem -solving skills with the ability to apply them to business processes, a |can-do| attitude and ability to work well in a team.
- Driving license ¿ B.
- Microsoft SQL Server, ERP and CRM implementation/utilization, Project Management
