- IT Demand: Identify the IT demands for software applications from the UPC business units, elicit the detailed requirements, get the resources to build the estimate for demand costs and effort, hand over the assessment to IT Technical Specialist.
- IT Acquisition: Manage all acquisition requests from UPC regions and headquarters on IT equipments and consumables and direct the requests to the approval workflow; Raise and manage purchase requisition in Oracle for the approved acquisition requests;
- Analysis Business Requirements: Identifies the business needs and translate them in functional specifications. Identifies organization's strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement.
- Processes: Assists in enforcement of IT Demands and IT Acquisition deadlines and schedules. Support the process definition and implementation of IT Demand, Change Management and IT Acquisition
- Client Management: Develops relationships with internal clients. Communicates effectively with internal clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
- Technical University degree
- Detailed knowledge of the operational and business support systems within the cable and telecommunications branch
- Experience in business Analysis
- Good knowledge of IT Processes
- Experience in IT Projects
- General knowledge of IT Infrastructure
- Fluency in English verbal and written
- Very good computer literacy
