RESPONSABILITATI

- Deliver services as defined in Service Level Agreements; ensure the faster, accurate and reliable service to the end customer;
- Identify technical problems and offer proactive resolution of inquiries of customers regarding the current platform;
- Enter service request details into call tracking system;
- Report extra services provided beyond Service Level Agreements;
- Escalate and record all Incidents;
- Track and maintain the Asset inventory database;
- Conduct periodic/regular audits to ensure accuracy/integrity of the asset inventory database;
- Inspecting selected hardware on a regular basis to confirm operational ability.


CERINTE

- Technical University degree;
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in IT infrastructure Service delivery;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems;
- Good knowledge on Workstation support;
- Basic understanding of the Network topology & network connectivity(LAN/WAN), switching & routing and Server operations and Voice Systems;
- Superior problem solving and analytical skills;
- Strong customer orientation skills;
- Fluency in English.
