RESPONSABILITATI

The role: IT Compliance Senior Analyst (Functional Senior Analyst)

Purpose of role:
Responsible for activities involving compliance with applicable requirements (corporate as well as regulatory) and quality assurance of IT outsourcing services
Participates in Corporate, Customer, Third Party and Regulatory audits of services provided by ITO Germany including preparation of ITO Germany responses and tracking of remediation activities
Administers policies and guidelines as well as the IT governance and control framework
Conducts audits and reviews/analyses data and documentation
Manages continuous improvement of services, processes and documentation
Assists in the development of a Quality Management System that meets business and regulatory requirements
Develops and implements process improvement efforts and influences cross-functional efforts
Develops and manages processes related to areas such as document management, ISO standards, ITIL, internal audit, external audit and QM
Assists in the development and documentation of systematic approaches for assuring compliance as well as high quality services
Trains staff in implemented and documented processes, risk and quality management
All other duties assigned
Scope of role:
Leads compliance activities during transition, ongoing data centre management, change management
Liaises with the customer’s compliance analysts to ensure and prove Xerox Services are compliant and meet customer requirements
Develops and implements systematic approaches to assure compliance to business and regulatory requirements as well as service quality
Develops and implements compliance or quality management (QM) programs and initiatives
Identifies potential information security vulnerabilities and develops and implements solutions to mitigate risks and enhance system security
Requires in-depth knowledge and expertise
Uses best practices and knowledge of business issues to improve services
Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions
Achieves assigned tasks and objectives with limited degree of supervision


CERINTE

Degree in relevant subject
Minimum 3 years experience in quality and / or compliance management incl. audit experience
Certifications in ISO xxxx, ISAE xxxx and / or LSS are desirable
fluent writing and speaking skills German and English
strong MS Office application skills
in-depth knowledge on control systems like COBIT
demonstrates strong personal integrity and high ethical standards
good analytical skills
ability to involve various functions and hierarchy levels internally and externally, assertiveness
enthusiastic team player with experience of working in a virtual, multicultural environment
Proven ability to work result-oriented and plan related actions independently
keeps calm and maintains professional approach even under pressure
Willingness to travel (approx. 25% of time)
