Your primary mission in this role will involve computer systems adaptation and / or modification by analyzing business processes, test plans, documentation and procedures development. You will also act as the interface between IT and internal customers.
Responsibilities:
Defines implementation specifications for business requirements in reporting and business intelligence systems;
Determines the functional impact of change requirements;
Supports testing and validates implementation during the UAT;
Develops functional specifications documents and updates existing functional documentation;
Investigates functional defects with agreed business requirements.
Requirements:
Experience in the banking industry is mandatory;
Experience in system analysis: modeling data flows and business processes description;
Experience in reporting and business intelligence systems;
Business skills in finance and banking;
Capacity to analyze and synthesize, especially when clarifying and passing on customer-requested flows and changes
Self-organizing capacity, in order to ensure a prompt response to the customer’s demands
Experience in using UML tools dedicated to specific analysis activities
Relational databases knowledge (Oracle database, PL-SQL)
