To elicit requirements from the business;
To evaluate critically the information gathered from multiple sources;
To develop requirements specifications according to standard templates;
To communicate and collaborate proactively with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document), Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs;
To drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans;
To perform feasibility analysis of the proposed solutions/alternatives/opportunities;
To co-ordinate and monitor the efforts of the other IT areas to guarantee the best quality of the implementation of the agreed solutions;
To identify and recommend IT systems to be purchased or developed to fulfill any functional requirements, in line with the Eureko strategy;
To manage the projects, from the IT side, in order to deliver the agreed solutions in time and budget and fully compliant with the IT Polices;
To negotiate the Service Level Agreement with his/her process users, covering all the IT services and to ensure the systems he/she is responsible for are performing as expected, in terms of functionality, quality and availability;
To collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
At least 2 years experience in business environment and business processes (insurance or financial services areas);
Data modeling;
Process re-engineering concepts;
Knowledge of systems development tools and methods;
Knowledge of business processes;
Strong analytical and product management skills required;
Logical thinking, good with multitasking, detail-oriented;
Efficient communication abilities, verbal and written;
English - fluently;
Creative thinking;
Flexibility;
University graduate in IT and/or economics.
One year contract.
