- Acquire a full and overall understanding of the core banking application
- Analyze the requests received from business area and solve them or send them to the appropriate person to be solved
- Prepare business specifications for modifications or enhancements of the core banking application for team internal requests
- Test modifications or enhancements prepared by the vendor of the core banking application, or by the Application Development Team (together with business departments if necessary)
- Create test cases for all performed tests
- Document new features of the core banking application and for applications developed by Application Development Team
- Generate reports (queries) on request
- Develop, test and maintain solutions to fulfill business requests
- Coordinate and assist implementations (modifications or enhancements) to the core banking application with the appropriate vendor
- Make user trainings for IT related topics as requested by superiors
- Make proposals and find solutions to solve problems in the core banking application
- Take input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback
- Create status reports for the superior
- At least University degree in a Computer Science, Telecommunications or other analytical University
- At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar position
- System analyses
- Project management skills would be an asset.
- English language (fluent in both writing and speaking)
