- Gather requirements from the project beneficiaries and communicate them to the technical team
- Gather feedback from the technical team and communicate it back to the project beneficiaries
- Hands-On: Ability to roll up his/her sleeves and get involved in the details of the project work to ensure the project is moving forward as planned and business expectations will be met
- Identify key issues for project and find solutions that allow the project to stay on track
- Test the project before handing it over to the beneficiaries, gather and communicate feedback
- Ensure quality of deliverables
- Work with other managers across functional areas such as marketing, product management, quality assurance and operations to ensure a high quality project completion
- Develop and maintain a strong in-depth knowledge of the products and use this knowledge to refine focus and influence product directions
- Be the catalyst for ensuring successful project delivery
- Mentor, coach and train users (beneficiaries of features / projects)
- Work on several projects at the same time
- Strong logical thinking skills
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Strong English language skills
- Experience with EXCEL, WORD, VISIO, Power Point is required
- Web applications development and deployment experience (required)
- Willing to work 1 out of 4 weeks abroad
- Knowledge about technical aspects of web applications is a plus
